The Nexus EURUSD live account closed the week of 12 to 16 October 2026 with $1,237.15 in profit from 56 closed trades, 32 of them winners.
That is the headline. This post also shows where the profit came from, what the trade file says about position sizes and exits, and what the file cannot tell you. A results post is only worth reading if the detail is there next to the number, so the detail is here.
These are live-money results from a real-money cent account. They are not demo and they are not backtested. A cent account holds its balance in cents, so the platform export lists every value in cents. Every dollar figure in this post is the export value divided by 100. For example, the week's profit appears in the export as 123,715.20 and is $1,237.15 here. Figures are rounded to the nearest cent.

The Nexus EURUSD week at a glance
Here is the whole week in one table, taken directly from the platform export. Profit factor is gross profit divided by gross loss, so a figure above 1 means the winners added up to more than the losers. Swap is the overnight financing charge or credit on positions held past the daily rollover. The export reports it in a separate column from profit.
| Account | Nexus EURUSD live cent account, real money, MT4 |
| Period | Trades closed Monday 12 to Friday 16 October 2026 (platform server time) |
| Closed trades | 56, all EURUSD |
| Winners / losers | 32 / 24 (57.1% winners) |
| Profit (export column N) | $1,237.15 (123,715.20 cents) |
| Gross profit / gross loss | $2,492.39 / -$1,255.24 |
| Profit factor | 1.99 (gross profit divided by gross loss) |
| Average winner / average loser | $77.89 / -$52.30 |
| Largest winner / largest loser | $1,253.45 / -$213.41 |
| Swap (overnight financing) | -$28.19, shown separately |
| Result after swap | $1,208.97 |
| Commission and taxes | $0.00 |
The headline profit uses the profit column only, as the export presents it. Swap cost -$28.19 over the week, which leaves $1,208.97 after swap. Commission and taxes were zero on every trade.
Winners averaged $77.89 and losers averaged -$52.30. The best single position made $1,253.45 and the worst lost -$213.41. Those two extremes matter, and the next sections explain why.
How the week unfolded
Every day finished in profit. Thursday was by far the biggest, and Monday the quietest. The table counts trades by the day they closed.
| Day (by close time) | Trades closed | Profit |
|---|---|---|
| Monday 12 October | 4 | $20.59 |
| Tuesday 13 October | 9 | $180.80 |
| Wednesday 14 October | 13 | $197.52 |
| Thursday 15 October | 18 | $779.02 |
| Friday 16 October | 12 | $59.22 |
Monday closed 4 trades for $20.59. One of them had been open since Friday 9 October at 21:45 and closed shortly after midnight on Monday, so it carried a weekend swap. Tuesday added $180.80 from 9 trades, Wednesday $197.52 from 13, and Thursday $779.02 from 18. Friday closed 12 trades for $59.22 by the time this file was exported.
A run of profitable days is pleasant, but no single day describes the week. The more useful question is how the profit was built, and for that you need to look at trades in groups.
Trades that open one at a time and close together
Many of this week's trades were opened in the same direction over several hours, at increasing sizes, and then closed together at one take-profit price. We call that a cluster. 37 of the 56 trades this week sit in six clusters of three or more positions. The other 19 trades closed on their own or in pairs.
| Closed together | Direction | Positions | Size range | Net result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mon 12 Oct, 08:21 | Sells | 3 | 8 to 12.8 | $14.51 |
| Tue 13 Oct, 05:24 | Buys | 8 | 8 to 134.22 | $176.80 |
| Wed 14 Oct, 12:32 | Sells | 8 | 8 to 134.22 | $177.36 |
| Thu 15 Oct, 09:13 | Sells | 11 | 8 to 549.76 | $750.94 |
| Fri 16 Oct, 15:37 | Sells | 4 | 8 to 20.48 | $24.78 |
| Fri 16 Oct, 20:41 | Buys | 3 | 8 to 12.8 | $14.35 |
| All other trades | Mixed | 19 | 8 to 8 | $78.40 |
The six clusters netted $1,158.75. The remaining 19 trades netted $78.40. Added together they give the week's $1,237.15.
This is why a trade-by-trade win rate needs care. 32 of 56 positions were winners (57.1%), but inside a cluster a few positions can be losers while the group as a whole closes in profit, because the later and larger positions earn more than the earlier ones lose. The win rate counts positions. The cluster table shows what the account actually earned from each sequence.
The cluster that carried the week
One cluster accounts for most of the week's result. Eleven sell positions were opened between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, and all eleven closed together at 09:13 on Thursday at a price of 1.12102. Together they made $750.94, which is 61% of the week's $1,237.15.
| Opened (server time) | Size | Result when closed |
|---|---|---|
| 14 Oct 21:00 | 8 | -$57.60 |
| 14 Oct 21:30 | 1.8 | -$77.57 |
| 14 Oct 23:00 | 1.8 | -$70.78 |
| 15 Oct 01:30 | 2.48 | -$98.10 |
| 15 Oct 01:45 | 3.77 | -$140.58 |
| 15 Oct 02:30 | 5.43 | -$158.34 |
| 15 Oct 02:45 | 8.89 | -$175.33 |
| 15 Oct 03:15 | 13.22 | -$213.41 |
| 15 Oct 04:15 | 21.75 | -$36.51 |
| 15 Oct 05:15 | 34.6 | $525.71 |
| 15 Oct 06:00 | 54.76 | $1,253.45 |
Read the table from the top. The first nine positions were all showing losses when the cluster closed, the largest being -$213.41. The tenth, at size 343.6, made $525.71. The eleventh, at size 549.76, made $1,253.45. That last position alone earned more than the entire week's profit. The other ten positions in the cluster lost -$502.51 between them.
Each new position in this sequence, starting from a base size of 8 and ending at 54.76, which is about 6 times the base size. We are describing what the export shows, not claiming the account will behave this way every week. What it means in practice is simple: the outcome of Thursday depended on price moving back to the take-profit level while the position size was at its largest. It did, and the week ended in profit. If it had moved the other way, the same position sizes would have increased the losses.
We think readers should see that plainly. A good week can be made by a small number of large positions, and that carries risk the profit figure does not show.
What this file cannot tell you, and what it does
Two facts from the export belong next to the profit.
- No stop losses. The stop loss field is 0 on all 56 trades. Exits came from take-profit levels, not from stops.
- Closed trades only. The export lists trades that have already closed. It does not record floating profit or loss on open positions, so it cannot show how far equity fell while a cluster was open.
That second point is the important one. Drawdown is the fall from an account's peak balance to a later low. It is the number that shows how uncomfortable a strategy can get, and a week of closed trades cannot show it. We have not put a drawdown figure in this post, because the export does not contain one and we will not estimate it. The maximum drawdown is on the public Myfxbook page, and we recommend you read it before you read the profit.
To turn a drawdown percentage into a figure for your own account, use the drawdown calculator. Lot size is the biggest lever you control. Larger sizes increase both potential gains and potential losses, and the sizes in this file belong to this account, not to yours.
The week's economic calendar
According to public economic calendars, the main scheduled data for EURUSD this week was US CPI (consumer price inflation) on Wednesday 14 October, followed by US PPI (producer prices) and retail sales on Thursday 15 October. US bond markets were closed on Monday for Columbus Day. The calendars we checked listed no ECB or Federal Reserve rate decision for the week.
The account traded through both the CPI and the PPI and retail sales days. Wednesday closed 13 trades for $197.52, and Thursday closed 18 trades for $779.02. Monday, with the US bond market shut, was the quietest day of the week at 4 trades.
We are not claiming that any trade was caused by any release. The export carries server timestamps and no news data, so we cannot connect individual trades to individual events from it, and we would rather say so than invent a story.

How to check
Test it yourself before you decide anything
A week of live results is evidence, not a promise. The sensible way to judge whether Nexus suits you is to run it yourself first. The demo gives you both EAs on your own MT4 or MT5 demo account for 60 days, with no broker and no payment needed, and it ends by itself afterwards.
If you go ahead, the Nexus setup guide walks you through installation, and you can choose your lot size with the drawdown calculator before any money is at risk. When you are ready for live trading, eligible funded Preferred Broker accounts can receive a $0 licence after verification through the free Nexus EA route.
Looking ahead
Next week's post will follow the same format: closed trades, the clusters, the position sizes and the drawdown next to the profit, with the live account open for you to check. We will keep reporting the weeks that look less comfortable in exactly the same way as the ones that look good.
