Preferred Broker Requirement and Own Broker Fee
Certain products, prices, discounts, packages, bonuses, onboarding support, Expert Advisor access, or license terms may be provided on the basis that the client signs up with and trades through one of our preferred brokers.
A “preferred broker” means a broker listed, recommended, approved, supported, or communicated by Nexus Forex Trading as suitable for use with our Expert Advisors or related software.
Where required, clients must sign up to a preferred broker using our approved referral, affiliate, partner, or tracking link.
Nexus Forex Trading may receive an affiliate commission, referral commission, revenue share, rebate, or other commercial benefit when a client signs up with or trades through one of our preferred brokers.
If a client does not sign up under one of our preferred brokers, does not use our approved broker signup link where required, cannot provide reasonable evidence of eligible preferred broker signup, or chooses to use their own broker instead, an additional Own Broker Activation Fee of $499.95 will apply.
This additional fee may apply where the client wants to use the EA with:
- their own existing broker,
- a broker account not opened through our approved link,
- a non-preferred broker,
- a different broker server,
- a different account type,
- a second or additional broker,
- or any broker environment requiring additional activation, verification, compatibility review, configuration, or support.
Payment of the Own Broker Activation Fee does not guarantee profitability, broker suitability, execution quality, spread quality, compatibility, or trading performance.
We may refuse activation or support for a non-preferred broker if, in our reasonable opinion, the broker’s trading conditions, platform setup, account type, symbols, contract specifications, leverage, spreads, slippage, restrictions, or technical environment are unsuitable for the EA.
High Risk of Loss in Forex Trading
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, indices, crypto-related instruments, and other leveraged financial products involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all traders or investors.
Leverage can work both for and against you. Market conditions can change rapidly, and factors such as:
