Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Forex Trading collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit NexusForexTrading.com, request a Nexus licence, purchase the Own Broker Licence, contact support, subscribe to updates or otherwise interact with us.
Nexus may require your broker, MT4/MT5 platform and trading account number for licence verification and activation. We do not require your MetaTrader master password, investor password, broker login password, VPS password, banking password or payment-card credentials. Do not submit those credentials through Nexus forms or email.
How the Current Nexus Licence Model Uses Data
The data required depends on which Nexus licence route you use.
1. Who We Are
Controller: Nexus Forex Trading
Website: https://nexusforextrading.com
Privacy Contact: info@nexusforextrading.com
Location stated by Nexus: United States
NexusForexTrading.com is the primary Nexus product, licensing, education and support website. This Policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, Preferred Broker licence applicants, Own Broker Licence customers, email subscribers, support contacts and other users interacting with Nexus.
If a UK/EEA representative, Data Protection Officer or other legally required privacy representative is appointed, relevant details will be added to this Policy.
Back to top ↑2. Personal Data We Collect
The information Nexus collects depends on how you interact with the Site and which licence or service you use.
Account, Order and Billing Information
When you purchase the $499.95 Own Broker Licence or otherwise complete a paid transaction, we may collect:
- full name;
- email address;
- telephone number where provided;
- billing address;
- country or region;
- order number and order details;
- invoice and transaction records;
- licence/product purchased;
- payment status, such as paid, pending, refunded or disputed; and
- tax-related transaction information where required.
Nexus does not store your full debit or credit card number when payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
Licensing and Activation Data
To create, administer and protect Nexus licences, we may collect:
- licence or activation identifier;
- licence route: Preferred Broker or Own Broker;
- licence status;
- MT4 or MT5 trading account number;
- broker name;
- broker server where relevant;
- demo/live account status;
- account type where required for compatibility;
- activation or licence-check logs;
- timestamps relating to activation, licence checks or updates;
- technical platform/device/VPS metadata where reasonably required by the licensing system; and
- support or compatibility information linked to the licence.
Website Usage, Cookies and Analytics Data
When you use the Site, we may collect:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages viewed;
- referral source;
- session and engagement information;
- cookie or similar identifiers;
- consent preferences; and
- technical or performance data.
Support and Communication Data
If you contact Nexus through email, a website form or another support channel, we may collect:
- your message and contact details;
- broker/platform/account details you voluntarily provide;
- screenshots or attachments;
- error messages or troubleshooting information;
- support history;
- order/licence references; and
- other information you choose to provide.
Email Marketing and Subscriber Data
If you subscribe to Nexus updates or marketing, we may collect:
- email address;
- subscription status;
- consent or lawful-basis records;
- unsubscribe status; and
- email engagement information such as opens or clicks where legally permitted and technically enabled.
3. Preferred Broker and Licence Verification Data
The current $0 Nexus Preferred Broker Licence requires an eligible trading account to be opened through an official Nexus Preferred Broker partner/referral link and successfully verified before Nexus issues or activates the applicable licence.
For this process, Nexus may collect:
- Full Name;
- Email Address;
- Preferred Broker used;
- trading platform (MT4 or MT5);
- trading account number;
- confirmation that you used the official Nexus referral route;
- referral, partner, affiliate or tracking information needed to verify eligibility; and
- verification status and related correspondence.
Your trading account number is an identifier used for verification and licensing. It is not your trading password. Nexus does not require your broker login password or MetaTrader master password to verify the $0 licence.
Nexus may communicate with or rely on information from the relevant broker/partner system to determine whether an account qualifies under the Nexus referral relationship. The broker independently processes the personal and financial information you provide directly to it under its own privacy policy.
Nexus may receive commercial partner or referral compensation from eligible Preferred Brokers when a user opens and/or trades through the Nexus referral route. Nexus may therefore process referral/attribution information for verification, accounting, fraud prevention and administration of the $0 licence model.
If you use the $499.95 Own Broker Licence instead, Preferred Broker referral verification is not required, but broker, MT4/MT5 platform and authorised account information may still be required for compatibility review and account-specific licensing.

Nexus may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand traffic and, where applicable, measure marketing activity.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
- website and security functions;
- session management;
- checkout or ecommerce operation;

- licensing-related Site functions; and
- cookie-consent storage.

Back to top ↑6. Payments
The $499.95 Own Broker Licence and any other paid Nexus transactions may be processed through third-party payment or ecommerce providers.
Those providers may process payment data under their own privacy and security policies. Nexus generally receives only the information required to:
- confirm payment;
- identify the order/customer;
- deliver and administer the licence;
- handle refunds or disputes; and
- maintain financial records.
Nexus does not need or request your full payment-card number through ordinary support forms or email.
Back to top ↑7. How We Share Personal Data
Nexus does not sell personal data in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists for money.
We may share or make personal data available where reasonably necessary to:
Service Providers and Processors

- payment/ecommerce providers;
- licensing or activation systems;
- analytics providers;
- CRM/helpdesk tools;

Preferred Broker / Partner Verification
Where necessary to administer the $0 Preferred Broker Licence, Nexus may receive, compare or share limited account/referral information with the relevant broker, affiliate/partner platform or tracking provider for the purpose of eligibility verification, attribution, fraud prevention and commercial reconciliation.
Nexus does not need to send your trading password to a Preferred Broker because Nexus does not collect it for licence verification.
Embedded and External Services
Services such as Myfxbook, YouTube/video embeds, social platforms or other external widgets may receive technical information directly when their embedded content is loaded or used, subject to cookie consent requirements and their own privacy policies.
Legal and Compliance Purposes
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud, enforce our Terms or respond to lawful requests.
Business Transfers
If Nexus is involved in a merger, sale, reorganisation, acquisition or asset transfer, relevant personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
Back to top ↑8. International Data Transfers
Nexus and some of its service providers, brokers, technology providers or infrastructure may operate internationally. Personal data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the UK or EEA.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate transfer mechanisms may include Standard Contractual Clauses, the applicable UK international-data-transfer mechanism, adequacy decisions/regulations or another legally recognised safeguard.
Back to top ↑9. Data Retention
Nexus retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including licensing, support, accounting, legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements.
Indicative retention periods may include:
- Orders, invoices and financial records: typically 6–7 years or as required by applicable law;

- Marketing records: until you unsubscribe, consent is withdrawn, or after an appropriate inactivity period; and
- Cookies/analytics: according to the settings and retention periods of the applicable tools.
Anonymised or aggregated information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for analytics and business purposes.

California Residents
If applicable California privacy law applies, eligible residents may have rights including access, correction, deletion and information regarding certain disclosures or uses of personal information. Nexus does not state that it sells personal information for money. Whether particular advertising or analytics activity is legally treated as “sharing” or “sale” under California law depends on the technologies actually deployed and should be reflected in the live cookie/privacy configuration.
Back to top ↑12. Email Marketing
Nexus may send communications relating to:
- newsletters and Forex EA educational content;
- product or compatibility updates;
- new presets/features;
- live-performance or research articles;
- broker/VPS information;
- promotional offers; and

Marketing is sent only where there is an appropriate legal basis. Marketing emails should contain an unsubscribe mechanism, and you may opt out of marketing at any time.
Transactional, licensing, security and support communications may still be sent where required to administer a licence or respond to you even after you opt out of marketing.
Back to top ↑13. Automated Decision-Making
Nexus does not use personal data to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated decision-making.
Nexus Expert Advisors automate trading actions using market data, programmed rules and user-selected settings. That automated market-trading functionality is separate from automated decision-making about your personal characteristics for privacy-law purposes.
Automated or rule-based fraud/licence checks may flag activity for review where required to protect the licensing system, but significant account or support decisions may be reviewed manually where appropriate.
