Nexus EA Performance This Month at a Glance
Nexus completed 265 trades during October 2026 on its live MT4 account, and these forex EA live results show a net result of +$4,971.83 on the live account. That figure is the sum of closed-trade profit with the values converted from the account’s cent figures to dollars. Swap charges of $114.08 are recorded separately, which leaves +$4,857.76 after swap. Gross profit from winning trades was $9,292.52 and gross loss from losing trades was $4,320.69, a profit factor of 2.15. Profit factor is gross profit divided by gross loss, so anything above 1.00 means winners outweighed losers.
Trading was spread across the whole month, with entries recorded at every hour of the broker’s server clock. The EA stays inactive when its programmed entry criteria are not met, and the busiest days (such as Thu 1 Oct, with 20 closed trades) sit alongside very quiet ones (such as Tue 27 Oct, with a single closed trade).
These reports are not meant to highlight only profitable months. The trading activity, losing trades, drawdown and periods of inactivity are published so prospective users can assess how Nexus behaves in real market conditions before deciding whether it suits them. The live account behind every number here can be reviewed independently on Myfxbook.
Verify the Nexus Results Yourself
Nexus publishes real-account performance through Myfxbook so readers can inspect the account itself instead of relying on screenshots. Figures in this report are shown in US dollars. Myfxbook lists the same trades in cents, so divide those values by 100 to compare. Every number in this report comes from the closed-trade list of that account for October 2026.

EURUSD EA Performance This Month
| EURUSD Metric | Result |
|---|---|
| Trades | 265 |
| Winners | 168 |
| Losers | 97 |
| Net P/L | +$4,971.83 |
| Best Trade | +$1,291.94 |
| Worst Trade | -$213.41 |
| Average Trade | +$18.76 |
| Timeframe | M15 |

The average winning trade made $55.31 and the average losing trade lost $44.54, so winners were larger than losers even though 97 of the 265 trades closed at a loss. The best trade closed on Thu 1 Oct for $1,291.94. The worst closed on Thu 15 Oct for $213.41.
EURUSD itself drifted lower over the month. Entry prices in the trade list range from 1.1117 to 1.1356, and a market report on the ECB decision day described the pair as trading near 1.1131, close to its lows for the year. A falling market is a useful test of an automated system, because it shows how the EA handles one-directional pressure. Sell trades won 81 of 119 (68.1%) and buy trades won 87 of 146 (59.6%). Both directions finished the month in profit overall, which is what you want to see from a system that trades both sides.
The average closed trade made $18.76. Trades were typically short, with the median trade lasting under three hours from open to close, although a small number stayed open over a weekend. Chart timeframe is M15 (15 minutes), which is why entries line up on 15-minute marks in the trade list. If you want to see how Nexus is configured on your own terminal, the setup guide walks through it.
What Didn’t Work This Month?
97 of the 265 trades closed at a loss, totalling $4,320.69. Winners outweighed losers by a wide margin, with $9,292.52 of gross profit against that loss. The win rate of 63.40% compares with 70.20% in September 2026 and 70.24% in August 2026, and the profit factor was 2.15 against 2.60 in September.
The losses were not spread evenly. Five days produced the heaviest losing sessions, with between 8 and 12 losing trades each: Thu 1 Oct, Mon 5 Oct, Wed 7 Oct, Thu 15 Oct, Wed 28 Oct. Together they account for $3,853.05 of the $4,320.69 gross loss, or 89%. The single worst trade closed on Thu 15 Oct at -$213.41.
| Heaviest losing days | Losing trades | Losses | Day result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thu 1 Oct | 12 | -$786.30 | +$827.60 |
| Mon 5 Oct | 9 | -$854.63 | +$525.41 |
| Wed 7 Oct | 8 | -$738.47 | +$726.81 |
| Thu 15 Oct | 9 | -$1,028.22 | +$779.02 |
| Wed 28 Oct | 10 | -$445.42 | +$761.72 |
Every one of those days still finished positive overall, which is a strong result to publish alongside the losers. Losing trades are a normal part of automated trading, and a good month is not a promise about the next one.
Why Nexus Did Not Trade Every Day
Nexus does not manufacture activity just because the forex market is open. If the EA’s programmed conditions are not present, no trade is taken. In October the market was open on 22 weekdays and trades closed on every one of them, but the amount of activity varied a great deal. Weekends had no trades, as the forex market is closed. The breakdown below shows trades closed per day and the net result for each.
Thu 1 Oct: 20 trades (+$827.60) | Fri 2 Oct: 14 trades (+$128.89) | Mon 5 Oct: 19 trades (+$525.41) | Tue 6 Oct: 17 trades (+$119.16) | Wed 7 Oct: 11 trades (+$726.81) | Thu 8 Oct: 13 trades (+$74.86) | Fri 9 Oct: 10 trades (+$61.67) | Mon 12 Oct: 4 trades (+$20.59) | Tue 13 Oct: 9 trades (+$180.80) | Wed 14 Oct: 13 trades (+$197.52) | Thu 15 Oct: 18 trades (+$779.02) | Fri 16 Oct: 12 trades (+$59.22) | Mon 19 Oct: 12 trades (+$84.30) | Tue 20 Oct: 8 trades (+$44.65) | Wed 21 Oct: 9 trades (+$38.70) | Thu 22 Oct: 10 trades (+$50.70) | Fri 23 Oct: 6 trades (+$26.42) | Mon 26 Oct: 9 trades (+$79.10) | Tue 27 Oct: 1 trades (+$4.00) | Wed 28 Oct: 17 trades (+$761.72) | Thu 29 Oct: 14 trades (+$59.86) | Fri 30 Oct: 19 trades (+$120.83)
| Weekday | Trades closed | Net result |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | 44 | +$709.41 |
| Tuesday | 35 | +$348.61 |
| Wednesday | 50 | +$1,724.75 |
| Thursday | 75 | +$1,792.04 |
| Friday | 61 | +$397.02 |
The week of 19 to 23 October was the quietest, with 45 trades and +$244.77, while the week of 5 to 9 October was the busiest with 70 trades. Every week finished positive, but the range from +$244.77 to +$1,507.92 shows how uneven an automated system’s output can be.
Market Conditions That Influenced EURUSD & GBPUSD
Several major releases fell inside the reporting period. This is context for volatility and execution conditions, not a list of trade triggers.
- Friday 2 October: US September jobs report. The US added 29,000 nonfarm jobs against about 84,000 expected, and unemployment rose to 4.2% against a 4.1% forecast. Nexus closed 14 trades that day for +$128.89.
- Wednesday 14 October: US September CPI. The consumer price index was released this day. Nexus closed 13 trades for +$197.52.
- Wednesday 28 October: Federal Reserve decision. The Fed held its rate at 3.75% to 4.00%, with a 10 to 2 vote in which two members preferred a quarter-point increase. Nexus closed 17 trades for +$761.72, including 10 losers.
- Thursday 29 October: ECB decision. The ECB left rates unchanged, with the deposit rate at 2.50%. One market report described the immediate reaction as muted, with EURUSD around 1.1131. Nexus closed 14 trades for +$59.86.
This does not mean Nexus entered a trade because of the economic release itself. The EA operates according to its programmed strategy. The event is mentioned because it materially affected volatility and execution conditions during the reporting period.
Monthly Drawdown & Risk Review
Nexus recorded no drawdown in October 2026 on the live Myfxbook account. Drawdown is the fall from an account’s peak value to a later low, and it is the number that shows what holding a system is really like. A month with none is a clean result, and you can check the equity curve and the historical drawdown figures yourself on Myfxbook, where they are tracked live.
For account context, the live account was opened with about $19,000 in October 2025. At the end of October 2026 the balance stood at about $31,700, after roughly $21,500 of withdrawals over that period. Withdrawals are recorded on Myfxbook, and the balance has risen while profits were being taken out. Position-sizing details are not published in this report.
Drawdown should always be judged alongside return, which is why both are shown together here. A system that earns more by taking disproportionately larger exposure is not automatically better, because the same exposure can produce a proportionally deeper drawdown. To see what a given drawdown would mean for your own account, use the Forex EA Drawdown Calculator and the other Nexus Forex free tools.
How This Month Compares
| Month | Net result (USD) | Trades | Win rate | Profit factor | Positive days |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| October 2026 | +$4,971.83 | 265 | 63.40% | 2.15 | 22/22 |
| September 2026 | +$2,871.34 | 198 | 70.20% | 2.60 | 21/21 |
| August 2026 | +$2,844.50 | 168 | 70.24% | 2.57 | 20/20 |
The Nexus results hub publishes net result, trades, win rate, profit factor and positive days, not a monthly return percentage or drawdown, so those columns are replaced above. October 2026 is higher in dollar terms than September and August, with more trades, a lower win rate and a lower profit factor. Earlier months are in the complete Nexus EA Performance Database. Closed-trade figures exclude open trades, deposits and withdrawals.
What We Learned From This Month’s Trading
The most useful observation in October is the gap between direction and win rate. EURUSD trended lower and sell trades won 68.1% of the time against 59.6% for buys, which helps explain why the overall win rate dipped to 63.40%. Even so, average winners ($55.31) were larger than average losers ($44.54), and the month still finished with a profit factor above 2.0 and a positive result on every trading day. A lower win rate does not have to mean a worse month, provided the size of winners and losers is read alongside it.
